Question TTC with PCOS

Hi, there. I also have some problems with my fertility. I have PCOS. I have been diagnosed with it when I was in my teens. I have never had regular periods, and even now I have some problems with it. I’m overweight and I have hairy arms and legs. I tried several treatments. Metformin helped me to reduce my weight and I used to have regular periods when I was taking it. But I feel too bad when I was taking it. I had cramps, nausea and diarrhea. These symptoms were so strong that I had to give up this medication. My gyny recommended me to try an ovarian drilling. My hubby and I tried to TTC after it very actively. I did get pregnant, but I had a miscarriage when I was 5 weeks pregnant. I consulted one more gyny and she says that my oocytes may be of bad quality. She recommends to try egg donation as the final destination of our TTC journey. I do have some friends with PCOS. Some of them got pregnant and gave birth to healthy children… Is there anybody here with the same problem. How did you manage to conceive?
P.S. We’ve already visited several fertility clinics. Both of them are located overseas as we can’t afford ED IVF here, in the USA. Both of the clinics are situated in Europe. The first one seems to be very popular among the infertile couples in Western and Eastern Europe. We found some feedbacks about it on various fertility clinics. We quite like this clinic, but it turned to be a little bit smaller than we expected. When we entered its halls, we saw quite a lot of people there. We had to wait nearly 2 hours before the fertility specialist was ready to meet us. Both my hubby and I felt so tired. My DH even wanted to leave the clinic. We quite liked the fertility specialist we consulted there. She turned to be a very attentive doctor. The second clinic seems to be ok, but its halls were empty. I didn’t like the RE whom we consulted there. She talked too much, but it was all like ‘what a pity that you can’t conceive a baby’. It annoyed me a little… Now we have to decide what to do further… I know that ED IVF will give much more chances to conceive, but I still hesitate whether I should do it or not… I feel a little bit trapped about all these things and need some advice…
