I am helping with a baby shower next month, and I'm thinking this would be a cute theme. But the only thing I can come up with so far is to float rubber duckies in those little ivy bowls (maybe with some blue marbles on the buttom). Other than that, I am at a loss. Anyone seen anything cute?

All three (;falls over of my showers had this as the theme. My sister got little duckies, a package of the acrylic paci's and tied them around the duck's neck with (it's a boy) ribbon.

Floating them in bowls of water is awesome. They have themed duckies at Oriental trading... relatively inexpensive as well, we did pirate duckies for our wedding, and they were the favors for the first shower.

I was going to suggest Oriental Trading as well. They have any kimd of duck you can think of as well as the plain ones. I've also seen duckie plates, napkins and cups.

Check out the dollar store. Use yellow and white paper plates, cup, table cloths. You can get the dickies and set them around in groups on the table. If you wash them really well, you can float them in the punch bowl. Oriental Trading is the place to go if you want more things at a really good price. But check the dollar stores first because I see them there all the time. Walmart also has them.
