I ended up using the Disney recipe because it is dairy free. She loved it. We had a great time. She's never got to help "cook" before. She enjoyed stirring it, eating it and playing with it.

It's oily enough, it doesn't really stick to your hands. It's not near the mess you'd think it would be.
