In search for a good nanny.

Hey! Was really wanting to know how to find a good nanny. My sister and I are designers and we own a boutique. But, from the time she got pregnant and got her first child, she has not been able to contribute much for the business. I've been trying to do my best, but I feel it's high time I need her back. However, my niece is just a year old now and it would be really difficult for my sis to handle everything together. Hence, we are thinking of keeping a nanny. But since, this is the first time, I'm really not sure how would I be able to find a good nanny for my niece. Hence, I need suggestions and tips on selecting a good nanny. I've found this blog here that shares some tips. http://www.diamondpersonnel.com/fami...-will-possess/ But how can we get to know whether a person possess these qualities with just one interview?
