Remedies for a sore throat...

Is there anything that you'd swear by that works?
And remember, I'm pregnant, so it has to be safe.

I need something, anything that might work! I just want to feel better!

All i know of is gargling with warm salt water....

or gargleing with listerine works sometimes too, but it has to be the nasty kind the yellow one not the good tasting ones.
