Tired all the time.

I am so tired all the time that I started taking naps with Zach in the afternoon awhile back.
If you are tired shouldn't napping make you feel better? I almost always wake up really groggy and cruddy feeling. Even if I slept for 2 hours it doesn't feel like enough. I could probably sleep all day if my life allowed it.
I go to bed pretty regularly around 10:30 every night and get up at 6:50 every morning. That seems like it should be enough sleep. I wake frequently throught the night, probably 5-10 random times but I never stay awake more than a minute or two so why I am so tired?

Hmm.... hard to say. There could be many things contributing to your being tired. Low iron, sleep apnea, poor sleep patterns, etc., etc. I'm not sure what to tell you. I would try to normalize your sleep pattern as much as you can... with kids, I'm sure that's a pretty hard thing to do. But that's probably the best thing I can offer. What has your MD said?
