Okay I have been pregnant before and only in my second pregnancy have I experianced morning sickness all the time but not as bad as this pregnancy I am always sick all the time its hard to hold anything down and I dont know why so kind of get discouraged to eat because even if I can hold it I have real terrible nausea.....Just wondering what tips you guys have I tried the ginger ale and saltine crackers which worked with my prior pregnancy that I had the morning sickness in and that seemed to work for me then,However this time thats a total NO GO!!!
Those Zinc suckers really helped me but otherwise if you have it really bad I know that your doctor can prescribe medication to help. I Hope that the first trimester goes quickly for you-I was soooo miserable my first trimester.

Ya That really works.Try it.I think These tips can also helps.
Many women feel nauseous when they wake up in the morning because they have low blood sugar and have nothing on their stomach. Eating protein will help keep blood sugar level until breakfast.
Before getting up each morning have a couple crackers. Eating just a little bit may be enough to settle your stomach and allow you to get up and get moving.
When you feel like you will lose your lunch it’s a good idea to drink some very cold water. Many women who have battled morning sickness say this is the best way to combat the urge to vomit.
Sometimes aromatherapy can help settle a churning stomach. Try peppermint or another soothing smell that might help you relax and combat nausea.
By the way Good Luck..!!!
I used to get up late in the morning so the nausea would cease if i get late. And some times it did work.

-Don't allow yourself to become hungry.
-Protein is supposed to help nausea. Try eating peanut butter on toast with a carbonated beverage before getting out of bed in the morning.
-Do not drink large amounts of water with meals or for an hour after eating.
-Seabands. They are fabric wrist bands with hard plastic buttons that push into a pressure point on your inner wrist. Inexpensive, but a little uncomfortable.
-Hard candy...try Preggie Pops from Motherhood Maternity or Babies R Us, or peppermint candy.
-Take your prenatal vitamins mid-day instead of morning or at night.
