Our Halloween decorations are way in the back of our storage shed and under other stuff. So we went to the Dollar Tree last night and they had sold out of almost everything! Then we went to Big Lots and couldn't even find a poster for under $6 - $7. We didn't really like the stuff at Walmart. Our Dollar General mainly has a lot of rats. I don't like rats even fake ones or posters of ones. I am ratricidal. I see a rat. I want to kill it even if it is fake.
So we're making our own stuff. I made window clings and I am having the girls make posters. Anyone else doing homemade decorations this year?

We haven't done any decorations at all and Halloween is our favorite holiday & anniversary. I thought about buying a few strings of those pumpkin lanterns to put over the garage, but that's it. Our neighbor on the corner went all out, so I just admire their decorations.

We haven't made our own. Well not counting what the kids make at school. Those go on the fridge. All my Halloween stuff is from PartyLite. Even my outside stuff. My aunt used to sell it and when she was done gave me all her stuff
I have a container full of stuff for previous years. Most of it is from the dollar store. I have a few things to put around the house, but they are breakables. Between thae kids and the dogs, I' don't think i'llbe puttingthem out anytime soon!
Ally and I are waiting for the rain in the forecast to go away so we can decorate the front yard. Maybe tomorrow if we get lucky. We are going to make some ghosts to hang from the trees out front (white trash bags).
