Name of Product: Nature's Bounty and Natural Wealth Brand Multivitamins

Units: About 12,000 bottles

Manufacturer: NBTY Inc., of Bohemia, N.Y.

Hazard: The vitamins contain iron, but do not have child-resistant
packaging as required by federal law. They could cause serious injury or
death if ingested by a child.

Incidents/Injuries: None reported.
