We used to do this a long time ago. Here's how the game goes:

Each person adds a line or two to the story. But here's a twist - try to include song lyrics in your post. It would be great if everyone underlined or bolded or italized the song lyrics since some of us (me ) are song lyric impaired.

I was listening to some disco this morning when I thought of this.

Here goes:

I woke up with a good feeling this morning. I throw open the window and what do you know? It's raining men! Halleluha!

(I just had to start a story like this. )

But suddenly I hear someone at the door. Who can it be knockin at my door? Go awy! Don't come round here no more!

Had to go to work today in a bad mood and so they call me the BRICKHOUSE!

Alas they didn't listen! I quickly picked up the phone and dialed 867-5309, to call for help. HELP, HELP ME RHONDA, HELP HELP!I yelled into the phone!

The 911 operator was a total ding bat. She said "Oh my, my. Oh my, my. Can you boogie? Can you slide?

I took this as a challenge for a dance off, not caring about the intruder anymore I replied "You better Work! Work it girl, do your thing on the runway..."
