My daughter's only 17 months, and we get her down anytime between 7 and 8:30.  She sleeps straight through until around 6 or 7 am.   There's a FANTASTIC book (I'm gonna get it up in the comm for reviews) called...

You could try searching through hotels.com.  There's a space for "Amenities" if you do the "advanced search"... and Kitchen is one of them. :)
