I tried this a few times, and used the cream under nursing pads (also by lansinoh) but it felt like the stuff got everywhere, I had to keep re-applying because it rubbed off on my bras and clothes, and the soothies were better.  They stayed in place better and gave more cooling, soothing feelings.

I guess they are more expensive tests, like some effective. I know that they use the same health sector.
