Easy Beef Bake
Ingredients:
2 envelopes onion and mushroom soup mix
1/2 cup milk
2 pounds lean ground beef
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
1/2 cup ketchup
2 eggs
6 cups mashed potatoes
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ยบ. In a medium bowl, combine first 6 ingredients, mixing well. Press mixture into a 9x13 cake pan and bake for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, make the mashed potatoes (I use instant when I make this meal) and set aside.
After the 30 minutes cooking time, remove from oven and spread the mashed potatoes evenly over the top of meat. Sprinkle cheese over mashed potatoes and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until done.
