I was a scarecrow once. My mom made the custome from scratch. It was slightly itchy... but it looked really good!

I'd have to say the She-Devil I dressed up as when I was 15 or 16. I won the costume contest at the teen club we went to!

I didn't really have a favorite - we always had cheesy tossed together at the last moment type costumes.
