We usually go when it gets dark. Not before 6 or 6:30 though so that everyone can get home from work.

I think we went around 5ish last year.
I always forget. I thought when I was a kid we went later... but my memory is shot.

We go to the mall at 5 .. then to the neighbors around 6:30ish

its from 5-7 here so we go out around 5:30 or so - it gets cold so we don't want to be out too late.
