Kale goes to bed good .. now Chase wants to stay up all night long. I have to tell him 30 minutes before bed .. then 15 minutes before bed!! KR is easy too!

We ahd problems with Lys becasue it stayes light out so late. but it is soo much easier now that it gets darker earlier. the easiest thing I learned is to make a routine and stick to it.

At first I got so stressed out I gave in and just let her go to sleep on the couch. Now she goes to bed, I read two books, and I refuse to give in. And its working!!!

Back in August, Sydney wasn't going to bed until 10pm/11pm. It was a fight to get her to bed and then get her to stay in bed.

We started cutting back on her afternoon naps. At first, we wouldn't let her nap at all. She could lay in our bed for an hour and watch TV. After an hour, sometimes she was still awake, sometimes she was asleep. We got her up. Now she's back to napping everyday, but we don't let her sleep too long and she goes to bed just fine.

I think they all go through that phase?
