Baby Acne

Did your baby have baby acne? What did you do to improve it? Did it clear up on it’s own? Or does your child still have sensitive skin?

It should clear up on its own, according to pediatricians!

Grant had it pretty bad. It went away on its own thank goodness.

I used cetaphil (sp)? it worked like a charm, instantly went away. Very baby friendly!!

Kate's went away in about six weeks. I think breastfeeding made it a little worse, because she was continuing to get my hormones through my milk. She was just one little pimple there for awhile. I hope Delany's clears up soon. Kate does not have sensitive skin now.

Thanks ladies.
This is one of those things that I didn't have to deal with with Kyler. He never had any acne at all!! (knock on wood)

Delaneys started on her chin... and I thought it was the breastmilk (b/cuz she's a messy drinker! )
However - she's got it on most of her face now. BUT - the weird thing is... it comes and goes quickly. Like - in the morning you'll barely see it and then in the afternoon it looks bad, then by evening it's almost gone. Is that odd? Or is that normal??

that's what logan was like, sometimes nothing, then all the sudden look horrible!

i was told just to keep it clean, and it would go away, and it did, he doesn't have sensitive skin now. although he does still get a pimple once in a while like one a month maybe.. nothing major

i hope it clears up soon for you
