!
Here Goes:
1. 6 egg's
2. 1 can(16 ounce) of salmon(I use red salmon)
3. 2 cups of corn flakes
4. Butter
5. 1 Jar of Apple Butter
Drain salmon and pick out any bones. In a two quart bowl mix salmon and all the eggs. Stir in Cornflakes until mixed well. Then set it aside for a couple of minutes to allow the cornflakes to soak up the moisture. Stir again. Add some butter to a frying pan on medium heat and after butter has melted spoon mixture into pan in the form of patties. Cook for about 5 minutes or until it is done.
Serve with Apple Butter.
!
Note: If Salmon mixture is to soupy before you cook it add a little more cornflakes. if mixture is to dry then add another egg.
