Sitting up

ok so maybe i should know the answer to this question but im having a dumb day!

Sophie is 7 mths old now and i read that babies start sitting up around 6 months Sophie can sit up with support but has not yet pulled herself up on her own to st up KWIM?

I suppose i really want you ladies to let me know how old your babies were when they learnt how to sit on their own ad sit up on their own

Logan was around ten months i think... he had a heck of a time with sitting... he was ok if i put him there, but getting there himself was a definate chore!

Heck Hannah's 16 months old and can't put her self into the sitting position, yet she's walking. She skips things.

Kate did everything fast. I think kids do things at different rates. As long as the dr is not concerned, she's probably doing fine.

I can't remeber how old the boys were. Leah can't sit up on her own yet and she is only a few weeks younger than Sophie.
