Another clueless month

Well, AF really still hasn't shown up yet. I was spotting yesterday but today there is nothing. It isn't official yet since I haven't called my dr's nurse yet, but I think I have a yeast infection instead of a UTI. I don't ever recall having a yeast infection. I know they can be caused by hormonal changes and some other things. My body has done some strange things the past couple of months. I mean, last time AF showed up, she came on her own. Now this time I took Prometrium (and it's been 2 weeks since I finished the prescription of it) and AF still hasn't showed up yet. I think I only had this happen once before (not starting after taking Prometrium)...I ended up having to get a shot in the butt cheek!!

I guess I'll ask the nurse when I should take an hpt. I'm guessing next week probably. Not that I expect it to be positive but they always have me take one just in case.

Well, I was right. It is a yeast infection. And wouldn't you know it, I forgot to stop at Walgreens to pick up some medicine for it. It wasn't bad today though. Maybe I can pick some up tomorrow (if Walgreens is open on Thanksgiving).

The nurse told me to call back on Monday if AF hasn't shown up. So that is where I'm at right now. Just waiting. I'm going to make an appointment with another dr since my dr's last day is this Tuesday. That way the new dr (new to me) will be able to catch up on what I've been doing the past few years to get pregnant.
