Naps?

Does your toddler still nap? If so for how long?

Daniel usually won't nap. But, I suppose that's an okay thing because if he doesn't nap, we can usually get him to bed by 9-10 pm..... if he does nap during the day, we have a really difficult time getting him to bed.

Yep, Jared still takes about 1.5- 2 hr nap per day.
But he's up at the crack of dawn

My boys both nap around 1.5 to 3 hours. We stopped naps with Jerome, but he was soooo cranky that he got back to bed. They are up before 6, though, but back in bed by 8 latest. It works for our family, but sometimes I would love to sleep longer than 5:30, LOL

Rhyne unfortunately stopped napping all of a sudden and then was crankier than heck. She will nap around her usual time (2 in the afternoon or even 12 or 1) if we are in the car, but other than that, you can't get her to lay down. She has been taking a nap around 5 pm lately for 2 hours, but that throws her schedule off, since she usually goes to bed at 9.

Brandon is 3 and he still does for the most part. I lay him down about 12:00 and he plays for a bit and then usually falls asleep for about 1 1/2 hrs. Does wonders for his attitude in the afternoon!

She used to nap everyday, but this past week I don't think she's had one. She sleep in till about 10 then goes to sleep around 10:00 so she get a good 12 hrs in.

Elizabeth does still take a nap. It varies from 1 to 3 hours. My kids bedtime is 9:00 p.m. and they are usually up around 7:00 a.m.

Austin quit napping a while ago..

once in a very very great while he'll nap..like today, but he's sick.

he used to nap sooo well too! I miss those days! LOL i used to get productive things done!

Logan naps at daycare most of the time. On the weekends he does not nap at all. I wish he owuld bc there are times when he really needs to.

the naps are getting shorter and shorter, but then all the sudden he pulls a three hour nap where i have to go and wake him up

i hope they stay around for a while, i really need the downtime, i sure notice it when he doesn't nap

Nope baby is the only one here who still naps. Although the other day they all fell asleep at the same time for like and hour. It was great

yes & they need it!

They will be 2 very soon & they nap everyday from 12:30 until around 3 or 3:30
