ebay vs. yard sale

I had a ton of clothes form the boys that I wanted to get rid of. I figured even if we have another boy, I won't make him wear the clothes as handme down for a 3rd time. Anyway, I kept thinking about doing a yardsale and had told my neighbor I would be happy getting $500. She's like well I don't know what you think, but you probably wouldn't get that. So I procrastinated, like I do. Well, sure am glad I did, because as of my latest sale, I have hit my $500 goal and still have $45 worth listed. That will be the end of the clothes! Granted, I have paid $75 in fees to ebay, but I am happy with what I have earned.

I am now an ebay junkie and plan on hitting yard sales, estate sales, and store sales and seeing if perhaps I can do this for a living. What a cool thing!

WOW! That is SO awesome! None of the thrift, resale shops here are worth going to. I've never found anything nice at them!
