Anyone who's used Clomid...

Can anyone tell me if they got dizzy while taking Clomid? I know that's one of the side effects but something I read said to call your dr. if you feel dizzy? Do I really need to bother my physician? Or is this pretty common? Also what cd did you all take Clomid and what cd did you ovulate as a result? Thanks so much in advance.

I never got dizzy, but if it says to consult your doctor about it you should. He may just have to keep an eye on your blood pressure.

It's been so long since I was on them so I can't remeber which cd I took them.

Cheryl has been on it before. I'm sure she would know. I don't remember her ever mentioning getting dizzy spells. Maybe it would be a good idea to call your dr just to be sure. Good luck with ttc!

I don't remember having any dizzy spells...just hot flashes.

I didn't get dizzy spells either, just the lovely (kidding) hot flashes. I started mine on CD 3 and finished on CD 7.

I never had dizzy spells, but I used to get terrible cramping right around ovulation time. I took Clomid for CD3 thru CD7 with one doctor, and CD5 thru CD9 with another, and both ways, I ovulated about 9 days after the last pill.

Thanks everyone! My dr had me come in to check my vitals and give me a quick examination and everything seemed fine. Since the dizziness was only for a couple of hours following the pill (not all day) she said to just take it at night. But OMG I was grocery shopping with my dd yesterday and I kept getting hotflashes. My whole back would feel moist. I was taking my sweater off and putting it back on over and over!

Yup. I had dizzy spells and hot flashes. I took them CD3-7.

I didn't get dizzy, just major hot flashes! I cannot remember what cd I took them on, but it didn't make me ovulate, even when I took the maximum dosage.

Jessi, also the dizziness could be from something else, are you drinking enough water? Is there any chance you could be anemic?
