Love it, love it, love it! I really KNOW I've had a good workout when I do this one! It's definitely not for the beginner though ... I still struggle through a few of the movements because it requires you to have good balance. It definitely covers all areas -- upper body, lower body and abs.
My ONLY complaint is that I think the workout is about 10 minutes too long. But of course, I'm used to a 45 minute kickboxing class, including cool down and stretching.
This is 55 minutes from beginning to end, and it's usually the last 10 or so of the cardio that I begin dragging. However, I'm sure it's just a matter of time before I can finish it and be ready for more!
And as a side note ... between this and the eliptical trainer, I don't remember my legs ever being this firm. Granted, I still have some fat to burn, but I've always had issues with 'saddle bags' and for the first time that I can ever remember, my legs are quite proportionate for my overall size.
Billy Blanks is my new hero!

Any one have that?
I need a new Tae Bo DVD, maybe I'll get it tomorrow. I am still working on the new Firm tape, needs LOTS of coordination!
