I'm neutral on this one. I joined eDiets last year. It's my understanding that much has been added since then, so it maybe worthwhile to look at again.
However, my experience was that it was limited. Yes, you have a number of diet plans to choose from and you can jump back and forth between them at any time, but most of them were very set in their food choices. If for example, you don't care for cottage cheese, there really wasn't much room for variation or any suggestions on something to replace it with that you may like better.
At the time, the diet plans included: The Zone, Atkins, Dr. Phil & the eDiets plan, which if I remember correctly, is just a low fat diet.
It looks as if they've added several new, popular diets this year:
Eating For Life (which I'm a big fan of), Slim Fast, the Blood Type Diet, & 2 from Oprha's Trainer (Bob Greene).
I'm seriously thinking about rejoining, but I want to also check out Denise Austin, Billy Blanks, and a few others offering diet info.
