Winsor Pilates

I haven't done Winsor Pilates for a year but when I was doing them, I could really feel the difference in my abs. I noticed the difference right away. I didn't drop pounds but I could actually tell that I had muscles in my ab section that it just wasn't a blob of fat

I will say if you have a bigger tummy it will definatly be harder to do the roll ups and ball form.

You may not do a lot of jumping around get all sweaty but it really worked when I was doing it. In fact, I want to get back to doing it.

I need to get back to doing mine too.
I agree it didn't really do anything about hte weight but it makes a big difference in the way your body feels.

The rolling up stuff SUCKS! The tummy area isn't my trouble spot and I still had big touble with those. but you feel such a sense of accomplishment after a week or two when you can finally get it done... somewhat. I always ended up rolling myself sideways.

Yes you certainly do feel the workout with Windsor! I have the WP Crunch dvd and LOVE IT! I always feel like I did a good work out when I am finished.

I have Winsor Pilates, but I have only done the 20 min.

Do you think I will get just as much with the 20 min rather than the 60 min. ?

If you are faithful in doing it however many days the recommend--wasn't it 3 days with any other type of cardio a few other times a week?

Personally if you find the 20 minute one hard, work at it until you can do it easily then move to the 60 minutes because I think it is the advanced Pilates.

I know I am starting back with the 20 minute disc, 3 times a week and the ball 3 times a week.

I loved doing mine and I noticed diff in my butt and thighs very quickly. Things got tight again. But I can't do alot of the ab stuff, I have no ab strength. I need to start making time to do it again!
