In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), J.C. Penney Corp., of Plano, Texas, is voluntarily recalling 57,000 Arizona® Boys’ Zip-Up Cardigan Sweaters. The zipper-pull mechanism can detach from the zipper, posing a choking hazard to children.
