Breakfast casserole using tortillas

I am looking for a recipe for a breakfast casserole. I have not made it in YEARS and cannot find the recipe. I think it was off of either Jimmy Dean or Bob Evans sausage, and I can't find it on either of their websites.

It had sausage, eggs, cheese (I think) and tortillas in it.

Does anyone have anything like this?
