It's almost time for summer. What kind of pool toys do your children enjoy? I saw some of those styrofoam kick boards and a lot of other pool toys at the Dollar Tree the other day, if anyone is interested.

Last year, my kids just loved being in the pool. We have a small plastic one at home that they splashed around in every chance they could and Alexander took swimming lessons and Billy would have Elizabeth in the shallow part they weren't having the lesson in and she loved it. This year, Alexander will take lessons again but because he's older and more experienced in the water, he may want some pool toys for his "free-time" at the end of the lesson. If he does, we'll head to the Dollar Tree to see what they have.

Lyssa has just a small plastic pool so she just plays with her outdoor toys in the pool. Nothing special and not big enough for real pool toys.

We need to buy a new blow up pool. Getting to be that time. We just get cheap toys for the tub. Waterguns, etc. Don't really need floats, since the water isn't very high.
