IMO, most of those are just a waste of money.
Wipes warmers don't work that well, and if you need to see your baby on a monitor, you might as well have them sleep with you.
I will say I like my bottle warmer, though, even though it's not an Avent.
Remote control mobile? Come ON.

I guess if I were a high-tech mommy, I'd buy Liv a computer and an MP3 player for her Baby Einstein CDs.

I am so with you Amy. Who needs all this crap? Our mothers didn't need this stuff and their mothers before them didn't need it either.
Raising a baby should not be so technical.
