Another use for a sandbox?

We have a little turtle sandbox. Jonathan has really enjoyed it, but he's getting too big for it. If everything works out, we will be getting a larger sandbox and a pool given to us soon. I am wondering what to do with the turtle, though. I'd like to keep it, but what else could we use it for? I thought abotu putting the outside toys in it since it has a lid. But, I can't think of any other uses for it.

Use it as a planter? He can help you plant flowers or whatever and it can be his garden?

Honestly, I would find someone with a younger child and give it to them. But if you want to keep it, I'd keep toys in it.
