Tae Bo Fat Buster and resistance bands

Has anyone tried the Tae Bo Fat Buster cd? Can you use regular resistance bands? I got a cheap one at Walmart? Somehow I have a feeling this is really going to kick my butt. Anyone else doing resistance training?

I'm going to try it out tomorrow. I am putting off the dreaded foundation workout. I know it is really helping me, but it is sooo boring! Especially the stretching part, but I'm really not getting the most from my workout if I'm not throwing the punches correctly.

I have Tae Bo Cardio. I think Fat Blaster is definitely harder. I didn't use the resistance bands, and I still got an awesome workout. Honestly, I couldn't handle the bands at this point. I am just not in shape enough. And I thought I was in pretty good shape! I haven't done the Advanced Tapes though, so I don't know how it compares to them. It may be about the same. I tell you what though, even Shellie was having a rough time by the end.

Here's the one thing I didn't like. The cool down period is very short. He has you working until the very last second and there's only a few minutes of cool down. I thought it should be longer because you are really feeling the burn through the whole dvd. Definitely do some stretching on your own afterwards or you'll be stiff and sore.
