here but now that you are taking these pills, have you noticed an increase in the bathroom area??? My belly has been all messed up and I go at least 4 times a day now. I wonder if it is just a "clean" your system type pill??

Actually, no it has not done that to me. I was kinda expecting it since most other ones I tried worked that way. It makes me really thirsty so I drink a lot of water and that makes me have to pee but that is about it.

Yeah, I am really thirsty all the time also.

Maybe I am just full of poop?? Dh sure thinks so!

I noticed it gives me gas. How long have you ben taking it? I know after a week it goes away.

This will be my 2nd week. I didn't take for 2 days last week, cos I left them at home. I am taking 2 pills 3x a day.

I don't know how much you've changed your diet, but increasing protein and cutting back carbs can do the same thing. Trust me ... I could clear a roomful of Marines these days

Most of those type of pills do that to you for the first week or so. They do kinda "clean out your system". I wouldn't worry about it. It usually goes away after a week or so.

I may try them, to see if it can jump start me. Time to go an buy them, I am already tooting, and clearing rooms, so it can't hurt!!!

All I gotta say is for Anna Nicole to lose 80-90, she must have been pooping and tooting ALOT!

Becky, when you took them before did you lose weight?

About 20 lbs. I have tried that and dexitrim and some other carb thing. I did alot of walking too. Watched my carbs big time. I have lost 115 total but like 80 in the last year. For me the 20 didn;t come off fast enough for the cost but I recomend it for a good jump start or if you have 20 or so to lose. I was a 22 when I got preg for Logan and now I am an 8. When you have that much to lose any little thing helps.

I suggest if you get it Dina to get it from Sam's Wholesale Club. I got a bottle of 180 for $45. When I looked at drugstores, it was $39.99 for 60 pills.
