INGREDIENTS:

1/3 cup apple juice
1/3 cup water
1/8 tsp. salt (optional)
Dash of ground cinnamon and nutmeg
1/3 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
PREPARATION:

Combine apple juice, water, cinnamon and nutmeg in small saucepan; bring to boil. Stir in oatmeal and cook 1 minute.
Cover pan and let stand several minutes before serving.

Makes one serving.
