I got a candle, windchimes and a bear from the kids and a super sweet card from Court.

i got a great card from Jerry and the kids.....Begonias that i can put outside once our weather is good enough lon genough.....a CD from Randy Travis (I may exchange it though for something different) and a box of Purdy's chocolate Hedgehogs

Um why would I get anything? The girls cant shop for themsleves and I'm not Kev's mom.

I did buy myslef some flowers to plant laater - does that count?

Karen you sound like me.

Although I did all the hard work for Matt.. i ordered his Mom's gift certificate to Charles Penzone.. he just has to pick it up! I even got her Mothers Day cards and signed them myself!

So lazy!

I got Kev's mom something but it was from me & the girls. I dont do his shopping for him. Same thing for birthdays & holidays.

I gave my MIL money and she took the kids shopping. Last year my dad took the kids shopping. Seems like there has always been someone to help out. I am sorry Karen that Kevin does not do that.

I forgot...the best gift was a handmade one that Gavin made at school. I love it

Well....

Tessa made me a picture at Girl Scouts, and a plant at school.

Jim tried to order me flowers from the girls, but they never arrived.

He bought me tickets to see Reba.

Oh and my Dad bought me a beautiful bracelet

Emily gave me a balloon and made a card for me at church. I know there is more I have not gotten yet, but I did have the pleasure of having a huge argument with my husband after church. Now I feel like laying in the bed and crying or calling an attorney.

From Logan I got a poem and another little thing that he wrote his name on both and a carnation. Sam planted seeds at school and brought the startes home. I am gonna check the weather and see when we can plant them. I got myself a tatoo. I am not expecting anything more from the kids. I really don;t want Ed to go get anything form me from them. Then I will have to go get him something from the kids. I already ha b-day bc he had gotten me the spa GC. I also have peace and quiet bc the kids are at Ed's. I will pick them up early though.

My parents gave me $150 check that I had written them to pay back for money borrowed and $75 for a used tv we bought. Too much but I got my Mom back a lil bit
Gave all the Moms those personalized tshirts (they just LOVED them btw) and then my Mom and I went for pedicures and manicures and I actually got to pay for her's for once. She never let's me pay but I snuck it in while she was still getting her nails painted-lol!
Johnny gave me a card and told me to pick out a new car stereo since mine has bit the dust. Awww, what a romantic gift huh? LOL
The boy's bought me dollar store stuff but so sweet. Zach gave me a little ceramic dog and Bailey bought me a ceramic MONKEY! He said it was Daddy!
Emily made me a handprint poem at school (Jen, I have your's from Hailey. Picked it up for you on Thurs thinking I had the girls Friday to send home for you. Sorry you didn't get it today) and also a marigold in a cup. PLUS Emily picked some of my flowers from the backyard for me today. Too sweet to scold her for picking them. LOL
And Payton just gave me tons of sweet sugar all day.

I got to sleep in, woke up to a Venti Latte from Starbucks and the paper in bed. Then a yummy lunch at a new restaurant and home to presents. The kids made me these really cute cards at school, I got a new Starbucks coffee cup and this really cool screen saver that has over 100 pics of the kids that randomly come up. (don't know if that makes sense) Anyway, it took Billy a lot of time to do, so that was sweet. And he did the dishes after breakfast and took care of getting everyone down for nap.

At Mom's Morning Out, Emily made a pillowcase with handprints on it, very cute, and a plaster impression of her sweet little hand. I got those today and a CD I wanted and a gold chain I needed to replace one that was tangled beyond belief.

I got a card from Kimmy and one from dh. Dh let me sleep late and then we went and walked around the French Market. I got a knock off Prada purse for $25!

Then we came home and I took a nap when Kim did. Woke up to dh cooking dinner! He grilled a London Broil, asparagus, baked beans, and made a salad. He invited his mom and dad over, set the table all pretty and even did the dishes!

Oh, and while I was sleeping in this morning, he cleaned the entire house and did all but one load of laundry.

As you can tell, I had a GREAT day!!

Well, I woke up to Venti Toffee Nut latte.
THe girls went crazy with making me crafts all week. LOVE those.
Jason got me a BEAUTIFUL necklace. There is a heart on it & is white gold. I will have to take a pic because it is really hard to describe. It is perfect though!
He also got me a gift certificate for the spa. He knew that I wanted to get one of the body wraps and a facial but did not know the specific ones I wanted.
We also went out to dinner last night. I let the girls pick so we had IHOP. It was fun though. We then stopped at one of the coffee shops in town because Cori is in an art show that they have there. That was the first time I had been in there and it was GOOD!!!! I am glad because it is closer than Starbucks.
I had a great day!!
