Cycle Question

Quick questions about cycle days ...

1) Does Day #1 start the first day of your period?

2) On a normal 28 day cycle, what days do the various parts of the cycle come in? Follicular, Midcycle, Luteal.

Just trying to read some blood results and am curious. Thanks!

I dont know about question 2 but when I get my period I start counting on the first day I get it and include that day.

Midcycle I would think would be the 12th to 14th day.

Yeah I'm pretty sure the start of your cycle is day 1 of your period.
As for the other stuff, you may as well be speaking (typing) French because I have never even heard of it.

Day 1 starts with the first red blood. I am by no means positive on this but I think that
Follicular is before O, when the egg follicle is maturing, Midcycle would be right around O,and Luteal would probably be when your body either figures out you are pregnant or the hormones start to decline when you aren't.......
