you can read the beginning of the story Here

Well today at my cousin's wedding I sat beside Joyce, and of course I wore the ring since I knew she was going to be there. SHe saw it and said "Is that mother's ring?" I said yes, she said "Oh.. I didn't realize she had given it to you already......" I said, Oh yeah about a month and a half ago. She looked at it a moment and the gave the worst fake smile I have ever seen and said "Oh"



I know it does not sound much like a reaction.. but you should have seen her face and heard her voice it was PRICELESS.

Oh girl i can soooooo see the reaction....it would be the same one that i got from my aunt when I got to wear my Oma's pearls on my wedding day (4 months after she had passed on) and my Oma's gold charm bracelet which my Opa had given me to keep.....my aunt had wanted all of it
