Does/did you child have a birthmark???

Does your child have a birthmark? Is it noticable?

Or did s/he have a birthmark and now it's gone??

Austin had red area around his eye that you could only see when he was tired. When he got tired, his eye would get pretty red (not his eyeball just his eyelid). Other than that he has 2 freckles. 1 on his arm, and one little one on his butttcheek, that I thought was a little speck of poop when he was a baby!

Dylan had a red patch on the back of his neck classified as a 'strawberry mark' and I had the same thing when I was little. Dylans is gone now though. Dylan's eyes also get red when he's tired. mainly just his eye lids...

Oh that's funny Robyn, as Emily has a dark freckle on her booty too!
She has a stork bite (red splotch) on her neck. As she has gotten older, it has moved up and into her hair, so it is not as noticeable, but it is still there.
She used to have a red splotch on her eyelid, but it faded away.

Jacob has a mark above his nose (between his eyes) that is really light until he's tired or crying..

Duncan has one on his rear end. Logan ahs one on the back of one of his ankles, and Kyan has two stork bites and a Mongolian Spot on his butt.

Kaylee and Austin and Jake each have a red mark on the back of their necks, Josh has one on his back.

Brandon has a heart shaped birthmark on his butt/hip. It is the cutest thing. We always joked in the hospital that no one could switch him! We tell Brandon that he has his heart on his butt. He does not like the birthmark, tells me he wants it gone. I don't know who has said anything negative about it for him to feel that way, but I love it.

Justin has a blood vessell mark on his back, that has been there since birth, but per Ped will eventually be gone. Don't know if that is a birthmark, but I don't notice anything else on him.

Kyler - had none.

Delaney has 3.
One little strawberry mark on the top of her head - which will be covered by her hair.
One little strawberry on the bottom of one of her toes.
And one little mark o the back of her ankle.

It's funny how the two kids are so different in so many different regards - including birth marks.
Kyler didn't even get his first freckle until 18 months old.

Ya know Jennifer Dylan has a blood vessle like thing too! It's right smack dab between his eyes! I'm so afraid when he starts walking he's going to fall and bust that open.

The MD says that it should be fine.. should fade with time. I don't know how it could fade!

Sam has a dark freckle just above her booty!! Logan appeared perfect at birth but within a week develpoed a 2 inch long cafe au let spot on his inner calf.

Something freaky? My SIL has a cactus like shaped one on her palm, it is reddish and pretty large. Her daughter has the exact shaped mark on her palm, only not as big.

Bailey and Payton had that vein inbetween their eyes and it did go away. Have no idea why some kids get that

Payton and Bailey both have these weird little skin things that I have. Don't know how to explain them but they look like little places of bunched up dry skin. I have one on my neck, shoulder, ribs and leg. Bailey has one on his shoulder and side and Payton has one on her neck (same place as mine-really strange!), leg and her armpit.
Zachary and Emily don't have any. What is even stranger is that Zach and Emily favor one another (and look more like DH's side of the family) and Payton and Bailey look more like me and have my kind of birthmarks. So weird.

Michael has a birthmark on his forehead, right in the middle.

I have a birthmark on my left arm, left leg, and left butt check.

Alisa had one on her head that was raised and very noticeable but it has gone away. She also has one on the back of her upper leg. Whenever I get a glimpse of it, I think it is poop or dirt.
