Loaded baked potato cassoerole

4oz Ranch dip(pre-made)
4oz French onion dip(pre-made)
4oz sour cream
2T chives
1 cup milk(devided)
2 cup shredded chedder
5-6 medium potatoes
crumbled bacon(optional)
durkee french fried onions(optional)


preheat oven 375...grease casserole dish, peel and dice(or slice if you prefer)

in large bowl mix both dips, milk, sour cream, chives, milk and 1.5 cups chedder, stir till blended

stir in diced potatoes until well coated, pour in casserole and bake covered for 45-50 minutes till done(depends on your taters, test for softness), uncover, sprinkle on remaining chedder, bacon crumbles and fried onions, bake 15 minutes more.


This recipe came out of a notebook I wrote as a teen of recipes I made up. I actually tried this again the other day and it was yummy. Think I will have to test some more of these recipes .......
