My name is Precious and i am mommy to 4 month old Mia-Mae.

Good morning

I don't quite qualify for the 'new mummy' title as my 'babies' are 13.5 yrs old I go with the term
'senior mummy' as I don't even want to go with the 'old mummy' title

We do have lots of new mummys and quite a few expectant mums as well, so you will feel right at home

I look forward to getting to know you

Thank you for your friendly reply !!!

I come from Cape Town, South Africa and at the moment it is 11h41 in the morning and it is a bit cloudy, but it sure was hot yesterday. I wish Spring would arrive quicker than usual.

My daughter Mia-Mae was born at 30 weeks and weighed 1,3kgs at birth. She was in ICU for 2 months and came home in May.

She is beautiful! Wow, South Africa... do we have anyone else from South Africa? How cool!! I would love to see pics of your area.

Anyway, to baby u! This is a great place to be with wonderful women!

I am Jennifer (one of many) and mom to Justin 19 months and Brandon 4 in August.

Hey everyone,

Spanks for your kind welcomes !!

It just dawned on me that we won't be talking all the time 'cos we have different time zones, but it is still exciting to be able to communicate with all you of you wonderful ladies. Just a question, how does one start with solids ??? i am so worried as to how to intriduce them.

Hey Precious, What day is that that may seem like a weird question but I'm in Australia and I'm usually about 14 hours ahead of those in the USA/Canada.

So I'm trying to figure out if you are 7 hours ahead of the US or seriously lagging behind, I'm picking you must be ahead bc otherwise you would be at least 24 hours behind me and I don't think thats possible even with the time zones.

It is now 8.20pm on thursday the 14th of July here in Melbourne (Happy Bastille Day )
