Sap in hair

Some how Abby got sap in her hair. I did not realize this until after she had a bath and I was trying to comb her hair. Will it eventually wash out?

Yeah it should eventually wash out.

Im not sure what you could use on it though.. because she's little... and it's in her hair you wouldn't want to risk ruining her hair..

Do you know a beautican that specializes in children's hair? Maybe she would have some suggestions. I can't remember what it is that takes out sap. My little one is good at finding stuff like that too.

I would try Goo B Gone..they have it at Wally world I believe.
Good luck honey!

No Goo be Gone that stuff is nasty... try water as warm (hot) as Abby can stand it with a wash rag. And keep reapplying the rag to work it out. It should come out.

I'm glad you got it out!

Joey put a big lump of sap in my hair once. Since we were camping and I had no Goo-Gone with us, I ended up cutting a big chunk out of my hair (my bangs extended about 2 inches farther back my head on one side ).

Goo-Gone may be icky, but it works like a charm on sap in hair, lemme tell ya. I've not been without it since that camping trip, and it's come in handy a number of times.
