My best friend is having her 40th birthday party in a beach house and we are trying to come up with games for the kids to play. Problem is 3 or 4 of them are 11 and older and the rest are 7 and under. We want to do a scavenger hunt for both groups of kids, making the one for the older kids harder with written clues. The one for the younger kids would have easier written clues as well as pics (for kids like Ally who can't read yet). Basically 2 separate hunts. We don't want them competing against each other.

Here is the problem - we haven't been to the beach house, so I don't really know what is going to be there until we actually get there. We don't know what kind of yard (if any) is there, how far we are from the beach (walking or driving distance), or even the layout of the house. I can't wait until the last minute to do clues - it's just not practical. Can you guys help me come up with some clues for both sets of kids and maybe prize ideas?

Thanks! :
