Wednesday and still nothing

I took another test last night, Negative. Although I can see the faint line that would make positive, but when I call the 800 number it says that can happen and is normal. I have a Dr's appointment today for blood work and I can request a urine test also.

Even when I have been off the pill, I am still pretty regular, never this late unless I was pregnant.

I am probably doing a lot of wishful thinking though and it will be nothing. I think I will just if that happens! I so want to be pregnant right now.

But if I am not, I will convince DH that now is the time. Problem will be I won't know when I will ovulate. I can just tell him that we will have to do every day.

And the appt person said a blood test will take several days!

Several days! Whenever I go they call me back that same day or I call them back!

I know what you are going through and it sux.
They should have the results for you by the end of the day if you get it done in the morning, if not, the next day the results would definatly be there.

You should be doing your HPT in the morning with your first wee.
How long does it take for the faint line to show up?

It depends on what your insurance company requires of the lab.

Our insurance company requires that our blood be sent to another lab, rather than having it tested there. It normally takes several days.

Good luck Sweetie!!!! I'm thinking that you may possibly be pregnant! What you are doing sounds EXACTLY.. EXACTLY the same thing I was doing when I found out I was pregnant with Dylan!!!

Bloodwork at my doctor's takes until the next day to get results because they have to send it out to another lab. Umm . . . if you got a faint line I would keep positive if I were you. I've had that happen and then a week later got a VERY positive second line!

Maybe you are just pregnant and your body hasn't got all of the "info" to make that second line VERY postive. Did you test with the new EPT test...you know the one that you can take 4 days before your period? If you didn't...I think I might would test with that one.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed. Good Luck!!!

good luck! maybe their regular urine test will come up positive for you

Good luck with the blood test. Maybe you just didn't have enough HcG in your urine at the time to turn it really positive.

I got the EPT that says it is for early detection.

I am trying to remember if when I took them with Brandon and Justin whether the faint line was there when I kept getting a negative, and I honestly can't remember. But I figure I would have questioned that like I am now. Every one has had the faint second line. It is no where near as dark as the one line, but I can see it faintly.

I had a faint line with both of mine. The HPT company told me there is no way I can imagine it, and if there is a faint line, I am pregnant.
I bet you are as well. Let us know ASAP when you hear from the doc. Maybe you might just want to get one more, hold your urine really long and try again tomorrow morning.
I know I will start testing 5 days before I am due and keep testing every 1-2 days until I either see a positive of get Aunt Flow.
Dollar tree sells PG tests here, so I can afford to waste some LOL

I feel your pregnant. Because there has got to something in your urine that is trying to be detected by the HPT. If you were not pregnant then I think that the second line would not ever show up. I guess you figured that much out already huh. lol

I hope you get a positive Jennifer!! I think the ladies are right, and a line is a line no matter how faint!
