Kind of mother you'd like to be...

Are you the kind of mother you'd like to be? What are your ideals of motherhood?



I saw a woman and her three children the other day and oh how I wish I could be like her. She was so thin and pretty and outdoorsy. Good looking but not obessed with her looks. Easy going and yet her kids were so well behaved. (mine was trying to touch and play with all the kites. Hers were sitting quietly on a blanket watching.) I wish I could be like that, but for health reasons, I never will be.

You know the only thing I wish would make parenthood better would more energy to do more things.

I saw these parents of these 3 little ones playing and disaplining them and totally interactive more than I am, but both parents were there playing with them. Very protective too. Something just impressed me about them.

I thought I was but there has been lots of restrictions here but that is all going to change. Meaning what. Like if Alisha does not want to do it I can not force her to do it. There are just lots of things.
