The August Potty/Poop Training Check in!

How are we doing here?

Anything new to report?

Are you loosing your mind yet?

Did you all see the idea I found that has made huge advancements in Trey's Training? I put Big Boy Whitey Tightys on his Toy bear and made him "Mother" the bear and put him on the toilet, wipe his butt with toilet paper and flush it. Then we sing and praise that bear.

Trey has been two overnight dry days.
Two in a row poops in the potty.
No pee accidents in at least two weeks.

He even went poop at Grandma's when she was watching him.

He argues with me that HE IS POTTY TRAINED NOW!

Come on lets hear how we are doing...

Oooh Jan, he is doing awesome!!

I think that Payton is almost trained now. Not peeing in her pull up at night or when we go out to run errands! Poops in the potty every day but has 1 or 2 pee accidents a day but some days no accidents. We are fixin to buy her panties this weekend and are not going to be buying any more pull ups or diapers

Well I am proud to announce that we started Livia on Tuesday of this past week and we were done by Thursday!!! She is wearing panties full time now, with the exception of a pull-up to bed at nap and nighttime. Other than that, we are even venturing out in panties and not a single accident!! I am soooo excited! A little break from buying diapers for a few months! WOOHOO!!

well james has been in tighty whities for a month now and he only has the occasional accident like if by chance he drinks too much at night but so far no wet accidents . we were having some trouble with poops in his pants but today he went to poop all by himself in the potty and then told me after he did it so i could clean him up i just hope he keeps this up ohh and he also goes everywhere with big boy pants on . No more pull ups for us we just clean up wet pants thats how i trained alex oh and alex taught him how to stand and pee so he thinks that is just the stuff anyways im glad to hear all of your little ones are doing so well

Wow, wonderful jobs for you all! Anyone care to take Brandon on? He will poop every once in a while on the potty. Or he poops 20 times on the potty one tiny pellet at a time. When I tell him big boys poop on the potty, he tells me he doesn't want to be a big boy. I talked with the Doctor about the fact that he holds it whether he has a diaper on or not, he suggested fiber waffers daily. He also said that it will probably work itself out once he goes to school because he will get embarrased being the one who poops in his pants. I talked with the school about it and they will work with him. They say just to keep him in pull ups so they don't have to worry about cleaning his clothes. I am glad they are willing to work with him, the last preschool made him go to 2 yr old class instead of 3 yr old.
