how do you keep your mind off it?

I hate waiting. I'm not good at it. AT ALL. We've only been TTC for 4 months now. I know that's not very long at all. I can't imagine what some of you ladies have gone through waiting years for those little angels. I know 4 months isn't long at all but I'm so impatient. I guess I just hate not being able to control WHEN it happens. I know it will happen for us when it's supposed to but sometimes it seems hard to wait. Okay i guess I was just kinda venting there is no point to this post.

I never found a way to keep my mind off it 100%. I tried to drown myself in hobbies. (Quilting, Stamping, etc.)

Oh, we tried for 4 years! (3 miscarriages during that time)

Hang in there. It will happen for you.

I cant say that we were trying when I got preggo with Lys so the onl;y waiting i had was from when I had symptoms - then i waited til I was late.

With Kate I was planning it but not really expecting it so I didnt even hit me til I was late. I didnt really have any symptoms with her til after I knew.

Play video games. Waiting is awful. We've been ttc#2 for two years now. I know it's hard.

It is hard to keep your mind off it. I used to try to throw myself into hobbies or a project so I wouldn't always be thinking of it, but it of course doesn't work 100%

Hang in there
