My BIL married his girlfriend this week. So now no more wondering about what to do for the other kids. I found out the little girl (10) likes beading and jewelry making, so I am collecting beading sets that I find on sale for her for Christmas. The little boy is three and so far, all I can find he likes is video games. But there are about a million toys out there for little boys (unlike clothes, boys have plenty of toys!) I'll probably make something for the baby. I have some time. Christmas is what? Four months away?

I know, Dawn. Two weeks ago, she was threatening to leave him. Now, they're getting married tomorrow. It must be she's really happy he joined the Army. I wonder how she'll like the Army though. She detests cold weather and you know the Army....

Oh .. that will be a rude awakening! But maybe this will be good for them ... the military will either make ya or break ya!

I'm not worried about him, he's done 7 years in the Air Force and grew up in and AF family. He knows how it goes. I know she'll like the base services, but I don't know about the assignments. The jobs he is interested in are mainly in the Virginia and Maryland area. Which would be great for us to have cousins so nearby. But my SIL thinks TX gets too cold!
