how to count

When counting the days of my cycle to figure out ovulation is the first day of my period CD1 or is the next day CD1. I'm counting challenged.

I believe the first day of your period is CD1.

Ok...a fertilty calendar on-line will count CD1 as the day you start your period, but I have read somewhere that you need to count the next day as CD1

I always count the day after you start your period as CD1

The first day of red blood is cycle day 1 (cd1).
