Allergy Meds

I have pretty bad allergies but when I found out I was pregnat I stopped taking anything. But I'm having a terrible time with my allergies and can't call the doc till tomorrow does any one know of anything that is safe for me to take?

I'm wondering the same thing - I can't breath out of my nose and I've been using nose drops like crazy!

I took Claritin D during my last two pregnancies, and it was prescription at the time. Even with that, I was still stopped up and miserable 1/2 the time. I used tons of Saline drops, hot showers, hot tea, etc.

Benedryl is fine. They have a benedryl allergy too. My docs ok Zyrtec and Nasonex for me to take while pregnant and breastfeeding. They also said that Claritan and Allegra were ok too. They preferred me not to go with the Allegra D and Claritan D because of the decongestant in it. HTH.

Do you think that Children's Benadryl would be effective for adults??

My doc said I could continue my Sinular prescription throughout.
