last night we went to the movies and i got a large popcorn and Dr. Pepper. well normally i bring water or ill sneak in a lil juice for Raymond but this time i didnt. i just said o well he never hardly drinks soda so this will be alil treat for him to take sips here and there. Big negative!! he just couldnt get enough of it got to the point where we had to pretend we ran out.

so we went home, after watching Season 5 of the Simpsons, (which i fell asleep), Brother Bear, and Mickey Christmas Carol he was still ! its 4 AM and he is still all hyped out i think he had too many sips there, now he is fast asleep.

wow... it's amazing what soda can do to kids... i know that we don't give our kids any kind of mt.dew for the same reason (a few sips gets them really wound up)

Not only does soda wind her up, it makes my dd mean. We seldom give her Sprite anymore, although, she loves it.

I try not give mine soda either. Sam begs fro mt dew all the time and I tell her no way. I will give them diet caffine free, like sierra mist sometimes but that is it lol.

I try and stick with sprite or something without caffeine. Sorry he was so wide awake! If it makes you feel any better my kids keep waking up at 4 am.
